THOCOM will provide security training to police officers specifically dealing with Homeland Security issues. Terrorism and terrorist attacks will be at the forefront of the training. Our primary client will be the government and government agencies. As THOCOM believes that security and securing its citizens is the most vital function of a government or country we hold the responsibility of training our local law enforcement with the greatest respect and importance. We know that Israel is the only country in the world that has true real world experience in dealing with terrorism on a daily basis. We know that their expertise is unique in the world. The most prudent way to train our officers is to use Israeli talent, after all if you want to be the best, you must learn from the best. This is our philosophy, get the best talent and pass that experience on to the benefit of everyone (except the terrorists of course).
